Are there any startup fees?
Absolutely not. The PayPop software costs $0 to get up and running. That way you can experience everything at no cost. If hardware is purchased or payments processed, your selected service plan's pricing schedule will apply.
How long does it take to get my PayPop account setup?
One you complete our basic PayPop application, it typically takes 24-48 hours for underwriting to get you approved and setup in our system.
Are there any cancellation fees if it's not for me?
No. Cancellation fees typically apply to merchant locked into a merchant service contract. Since PayPop doesn't mandate contracts, there are no cancellation fee requirements.
How quickly are deposits made into my bank account?
PayPop automatically deposits funds to your linked bank account within one business day. Additional time may be required for holidays and weekends.
Are there contracts, or is it month to month?
You will get never get locked into a contract with PayPop. Month to month agreements are a core philosophy of ours.
I am stuck in a contract with my current payment processor. Can you help?
